Bob Came in Pieces - Completed

Despite being a short puzzle adventure on the easy side, this is a perfect example of playful game design that rubs off on the player. If you're in anyway in touch with your inner child this is a well crafted and beautiful realized experience you'll love. I normally hate this type of game, but found my self oddly addicted to it after only a few levels.

Thumbs up - the price and performance ratio of Bob Came in Pieces is simply top.

Blood Bowl: Legendary Edition - Not Completed

Blood Bowl is a very good tabletop game but this port on PC is pretty bad. AI is really bad, the camera is poor, and has a large number of bugs. If you don't know the board game rules, which have been getting more and more complicated over the year, forgot about it. The game doesn't even try to explain them to yourself. There's no help at all. Only a clumsy terrible tutorial which barely touches the surface.

I only managed to get through a few games, each of them, being beaten by a large number. Sadly I couldn't get any screenshots though.

Blocks that Matter - Another Puzzle platform...

This is a pretty basic, but fun little puzzle platformer. They've even thrown in a story and a couple of upgrade elements to make it more interesting. The puzzles are quite challenging which makes completing them all the more rewarding, but I couldn't stomach anymore of this side scrolling puzzle hell - I just cannot play these games.

Bioshock Infinite - Complete

Every once in a while a game comes out that blows your socks off. This game goes above and beyond in all areas. Superior story telling, combat, atmosphere and music. You feel immersed in the world and unable to quite playing. The details in the game world show the care given by the development team. This game was not rushed and will serve as proof to what games can accomplish. This game accomplishes what Half-Life did for its time period.

I think Ken Levine said it best when referred to games as a better medium than movies and books because you pilot them. You get to participate and experience them. This is nothing short of a masterpiece and should be purchased by everyone.

Awesomenauts!

This is a 2D side scroller/platform style MOBA (multiplayer online battle arena) game. While similar in some respects to DOTA and League or Legends, I feel it surpasses both with its unique play style, graphical, aesthetic styling and sheer 'fun factor'. Equally enjoyable whether you are playing casually with friends, solo queuing, or forming a three man team for more competitive action, this game really delivers. It is currently growing exceptionally in player base, has fan run tournaments and has a new expansion being developed. Overall this is one of the best MOBAs I have seen, and is worth every penny. Steam often has it on sale too! Pick this up now!

BIT.TRIP Presents...Runner 2: Future Legend of Rythm Alien - Completed

Excellent graphics with fluid animations - Slick, responsive controls - Fantastic music - charmingly nonsensical plot and cut-scenes - Optional Checkpoints which grant score bonus' if you skip them - Great level variety; five worlds, each of which has a unique look and feel and its own musical style. Overall a very impressive, polished game which should keep fans of this genre very happy whilst also being accessible for new players.

Beep - Is a word I should said multiple times...

Beep is a simple but interesting game with some cute graphics and annoying physics puzzles. I am someone who has next to no patients for puzzles like this in a game. I found my self swearing at my screen on more than on occasion because I couldn't work out what to do.  In this game you are in control of a small robot that is used to explorer other planets. It's mostly a platformer puzzle game but has slight action and shooting bad guys. The world map is amusing as you are allowed to fly around space with your ship and bounce of asteroids or other space trash.

I did not finish this game as it is a genre that I hate but it would certainly be a worthwhile game if you love a good puzzle.

Avencast - Completed

Technically, Avencast got everything right, the interface is functional and the game has really nice graphics; especially the spell effects. But the game itself is too simple, it's almost completely hack'n'slash. The action gets repetitive pretty fast, story line is horrible collection of cliches and most of the spells are unnecessary. Still if you're a fan of this type of game, you might find it attractive.

I would certainly recommend this game to anyone new to this genre since it'll introduce them slowly.Could do with the game being a bit longer too, even though I did all of the side quests, it only took me 6 hours to complete, which is quite short for an RPG.

Bad Bots - Completed

This game is short but very fun to play. I used a controller and it played very nicely. Good retro artwork. There are so many nice details in each room. The robots become more challenging as the game goes on with some intense boss fights.

Whether or not it is worth the price tag is really hard to make a call on; perhaps wait until it is on sale, although some of you may of picked it up in the Indie Rush bundle a few weeks ago, if that is the case, it's really worth a play through.
